If a terminal fails to print a receipt it is necessary to :
- check that there is a roll of thermal paper
- if the paper comes out but nothing prints, check that the paper is aligned in the correct direction
- if the paper does not come out check the configuration as shown below
- On the terminal, go to PAYINTECH POS
- Go to the "settings" menu (notched wheel)
- Protocole = Bluetooth
- Type = Sunmi V2 Pro
- Press the printer on the top left, it should turn green.
- On the terminal, go to PAYINTECH POS
- Go to the "settings" menu (notched wheel)
- Protocole = Bluetooth
- Type = choose the model of the printer
- Find the printer model and select *
- Press the printer on the top left, it should turn green.

* If the printer does not appear, you will find on the printer (under) a small gray / brown button. Hold down a moment until you get a ticket with a MAC number (consisting of numbers and semicolons), enter it manually like it appears in the tab "path". Then press the printer icon to turn green.
