If a card or a wristband is not readable (does not react when it is tapped for reading of the balance for example) on a terminal there are 2 possibilities.
If the terminal does not read any Cashless tags then it comes from the terminal. If the terminal was working properly before, it will be needed to restart it. Otherwise, please refer to this article.
If Cashless support does not work on any terminal this comes from the Cashless tag. The NFC chip has been damaged. Please refer to this article.
