I can't see the menus (top-up ; statistics ; etc)

When a staff tag is used to connect to a terminal, the available menus may depend on several parameters.

Use staff tags only with Cashless POS application.  

If you can not top-up, sell or refund, check the points below:

Top-up
  • The staff tag has a cashier role, bank manager or admin on the profit center
  • AND the profit center has at least one payment method (in addition to Cashless)
Refund
  • The staff tag has a cashier role, bank manager or admin on the profit center
  • AND the profit center has at least one refundable payment method
Sale
  • The staff tag has a vendor, point of sale or admin role on the profit center
  • AND the profit center has at least one item for sale
  • Those two points work only if you use Cashless POS application on point of sales (not valid on Cashless TPE application)
