The user journey begins by the top-up of a Cashless tag at a bank with the Cashless POS application. The top-up is done by cashing an amount by the operator, then by crediting the Cashless tag.
The operator will have to :
- Log in to the app with your Staff badge
- Open the Top-up menu
- Enter the amount to be cashed-in and the method of payment
- Validate the basket
- Tap the user's cashless tag
- Wait for the green pop up to validate the top-up
