You must synchronize the device in order to retrieves the configuration of the Back Office. If a staff tag is not recognized, an article or a payment method does not appear, it is probably due to a bad synchronization. In this case, you must force synchronization from the Cashless Sync application.
How to synchronize :
- Open the Cashless Sync application
- Open the menu and click on Force Synchronization
- Wait for loading to end for validation
