How to synchronize a device

You must synchronize the device in order to retrieves the configuration of the Back Office. If a staff tag is not recognized, an article or a payment method does not appear, it is probably due to a bad synchronization. In this case, you must force synchronization from the Cashless Sync application.

 

How to synchronize :

  1. Open the Cashless Sync application
  2. Open the menu    and click on Force Synchronization
  3. Wait for loading to end for validation

  WARNING

An internet connection is required, if the terminal is not connected to Wifi, the procedure is described in the article I have problems with the use of the terminal.
